Every CloudPaws order is packed with care and sent straight to your door, so your dog can start living their best life as soon as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way. All orders come with tracking updates to support the shipping. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order every step of the way.
If you haven't received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first — then reach out to us at info@cloudpaws.shop and we'll sort it out straight away.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. CloudPaws is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@cloudpaws.shop — we'll do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Missed Deliveries
If you're not home at the time of delivery, your carrier may:
•Leave the parcel in a safe location
•Leave a card with redelivery or collection instructions
•Return the parcel to your nearest post office or depot
Please follow the instructions on your delivery notification to arrange collection or redelivery.
Damaged or Lost Orders
We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@cloudpaws.shop with:
• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged item (if applicable)
We'll make it right — always.
Multiple packages
Please note that your order may be fulfilled from multiple warehouses depending on stock availability. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking links for each shipment, and delivery times may vary accordingly. We will keep you updated throughout the process and appreciate your understanding.
International Orders
CloudPaws ships to selected international destinations. Please note:
•International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
•CloudPaws is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
•Delivery timeframes for international orders are estimates only.
